This Privacy Policy (together with any other documents referred to on it) sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us.

Under GDPR, as the company engaging you to provide us with services, we are categorised  as a “data controller”. This means that the company is responsible for deciding how we hold and use personal information about you in accordance with the principles of GDPR.

We take great pride in operating with our values of honesty and responsibility and we  therefore take our GDPR obligations very seriously and want you to be clear on what data we hold and use about you and why.

In essence, the company will only collect, store and use your data where we absolutely have to, and where we do, we will ensure that the security of the data, and the protection of our privacy, is our priority.

Enterprise Solutions newsletter, or request Enterprise Solutions Limited information from sales, employment, investor relations or general inquiries.

5.2 You may also indicate that you do not wish to receive messages from Enterprise Solutions Limited regarding our products or services or update your information relating to such messages (opt-in/out or subscribe/unsubscribe) at dpo@enterprise-solutions.ie. 5.3 Following your request for either type of data editing, your information will be changed in Enterprise Solutions Limited databases after we receive the information necessary to process your request.

If you are an EEA resident, you have the following rights (if applicable):

6. Privacy Policy Version

This Privacy Notice is written in English and may be translated into other languages. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and the translated version of this notice, the English version prevails. We reserve the right to change our Privacy Policy from time to time. If we decide to change our Privacy Policy we will post a notice on the legal page of our global website and send notice to appropriate sets of people.
