Having previously purchased IT as a service from Enterprise Solutions, Gore & Grimes sought to update their IT systems and migrate to a cloud platform with access to the latest technology. The company needed a solution that would allow them to improve efficiencies and take advantage of current technology without the cost on in-house IT resources while allowing the Partners and associates to work from anywhere. As a law firm, it was essential for intellectual property and sensitive, private information to stay safe whilst being accessible and available to users regardless of the device or place of access.

By choosing Enterprise Solutions, the need and associated expense of installing IT hardware, software and infrastructure in their office was removed.

Using Citrix technology to power our DaaS solution, Gore & Grimes’ access remains secure, available and compliant. As a law firm in particular, it was essential for intellectual property and sensitive, private information to remain safe. Residing in the Data Centre and not on the local device, security is guaranteed.

In order to mitigate the detrimental impacts that unplanned incidents would have on Gore & Grimes’ ability to function seamlessly, we created a BC plan that involved identifying potential risks, determining how those risks will affect operations, implementing procedures to combat those risks, testing the procedures to ensure their effectiveness and, reviewing and auditing the process on an on-going basis to make sure it’s up to date.
