Chris Halbard


A PRESIDENT / MD, with global expertise in delivering transformation strategies across the TMT & Managed Services space, underpinned by CFO credentials and previous Operations and top Consultancy delivery experience. As Chairman, Chris offers Enterprise Solutions direction, leadership and management of the business.

Chris is a Senior Advisor at Accenture at present, which he rejoined to lead the Nokia Accenture Business Group, assist on strategic sales contracts, and establish an ecosystem partnership model for the telecommunications sector in Europe. Previously appointed to lead the non-US business of Synchronoss Technologies Inc, Chris has been a Senior Advisor to the Telecoms, Media and Technology practice of the Boston Consulting Group. Before this, Chris held roles as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer in BT Global Services, a division of BT Group plc. At Lucent Technologies, he also held a succession of successful executive roles, culminating in his appointment as Vice President – Sales and Business Development from Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Chris is an active Chairman of Enterprise Solutions with his finger on the pulse of the business working closely with Denise Cullen, Managing Director, to inspire and drive the company forward. Enterprise Solutions benefits from Chris’ expertise and mentorship as he is actively involved in helping the growth and ethos of the company, and its employees.

Denise Cullen

Managing Director

Having previously worked in Gore & Grimes as a Legal Accountant and as Office Manager for 6 years, Denise is the Managing Director of Enterprise Solutions. As Managing Director, Denise ensures that the company’s ethos and vision align with the overall wellbeing and strategic progression of Enterprise Solutions employees and workplace.

Denise has an overarching position in the running of all Enterprise Solutions departments, managing different dynamics and challenges in an open, honest environment. Supporting staff, identifying and solving issues, and focusing the company’s energy toward the vision and goals are part of Denise’s central role at Enterprise Solutions.

Denise’s ability to strengthen the link between people and strategy, as well as manage, motivate and retain talent is invaluable to the long-term success of Enterprise Solutions.

Derek Cullen

Sales Director

As Co-Founder and Sales Director of Enterprise Solutions, Derek is responsible for the overall strategic direction, operations, and management of the sales department for the company, which is now in its 21st year of business.

As IT evolves to accommodate the working style and mobility demanded by modern workforces, Derek understands the need for systems that provide this while maintaining the security and manageability requirements of the business.

Derek is considered a trusted advisor by his customers, many of whom have been clients for over 25 years. Derek can leverage the experience and expertise gained from hundreds of successful IT deployments throughout Ireland and draw on his strong relationships with the leading IT vendors, established throughout his career.

Derek knows that understanding customers’ business needs and objectives ensures the delivery of the right outcome, and not just focus on the technology.

Shane Garry

Technical Director

Shane is the Technical Director at Enterprise Solutions with responsibility for overseeing the running of the technical services team from consultants to support. Ensuring project delivery and objectives are met, Shane ensures we support the customers on an on-going basis with our managed services platform. With more than 18 years’ experience in the IT industry, Shane is a highly-accredited Citrix and Microsoft Professional.

Shane understands client’s business goals and translates those objectives into technical solutions that deliver real business benefits and returns on investment. He holds a Diploma in Business Studies (2010 – 2012), and a First Class Honours Bachelor of Business Studies Degree (2012 – 2014), both from University College Dublin.

Previous projects Shane has led and managed include a migration of critical web services from legacy application delivery controllers to new applications delivery controllers for Aer Lingus, the implementation of the base infrastructure for nascent national Citrix farm for the HSE, and implementing a 1000+ user multisite desktop virtualisation solutions for Bord Gáis Energy.

Niamh O’Donovan

Sales Manager

A passionate sales leader for over 20 years with Enterprise Solutions, Niamh leads a dynamic and competent team of Sales and Senior Account Managers. Their goal is to provide excellent customer service and Niamh works closely with the team to ensure they exceed customer expectations from early engagement stages through to project delivery, and management of customers on an ongoing basis.

As a team, the Enterprise Solution’s mission is to enable our customers achieve their business goals by transforming their IT and migrating them to a cloud and managed services model.
